Happy Anniversary to me! 20 years ago I moved to downtown Coeur d’Alene, to the Sanders Beach area! We lived in a 100 year old home on Front Ave. for a few years then built a home closer to the 11th Street Marina. Our son was born here and he is now 18 and headed to Montana State in August, my husband Peter and I are so proud of this young man!
My husband Peter, was in the Banking Industry and continued with that when we relocated here. I obtained my Real Estate license and have worked full time the last 20 years! I’ve achieved many awards and obtained many Realtor(R) designations! I was awarded Coeur d’Alene’s Realtor of the Year in 2012!
We are happy with our decision to move to this area, and feel that it lived up to our expectations! It’s a recreational paradise and we have enjoyed boating on the lake, snow-skiing and all downtown events and happenings in Coeur d’Alene!
