click here Over the last 5 years, our little town became very popular to move to! We had a huge influx of retirees, remote workers and young families move here for quality of life! As with the whole United States there has been a lot of movement and growth! Our housing inventory is still low, home prices are up and stabilizing and as with everyone, we’re looking forward to interest rates adjusting downward! I have been very active posting on social media sites, but failed to write here! Forgive me, and I will start again! I’ll post frequent market updates and wonderful happenings in our area! Congratulations to me, for 30 years as a local real estate agent! I love where I live! We moved here because of the qualify of life and the recreational opportunities!
